IMPORTANT:

No kits, imports, craft supplies, mixed media or
commercially produced items are allowed. Only items handcrafted by
you. No foul language or offensive wording is allowed on any items
displayed in your booth. All art must be family friendly.
Misrepresentation of these rules can result in the closing of an
exhibitor’s booth without recourse or refund and violators will not be
considered for participation in any future events.
IMPORTANT: All vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. For
outside events participants must provide their own White 10 x 10 tent.
Please stay within your defined booth space. This includes chairs,
tables, props, etc. Fire Codes require certain size aisles be maintained
the entirety of the show run. Items in the aisles will be removed or put
back into your space. For outside events Generators will only be
allowed in certain areas. If you plan to use a generator, you must note
this on your application so we can place you accordingly. Generator
placement and annoyance will be determined by the Festival
Committee; please be prepared for generators to be up to 100’ from
your booth. Booth tents must be tied down and secured at all times.
A $65.00 booth fee is due with the application as well as photos of your
work which can be emailed.
